Terms of service

These terms govern your use of vivianfitart and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

vivianfitart is an online store selling apparel and accessories. Our catalog is hosted on Shopify, orders are paid for through Stripe, and every item is printed to order and shipped by our manufacturing partner, Printful — we don't hold pre-made stock.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate, current information when you register or check out — we rely on it to deliver your order.

Product listings, descriptions, and prices are pulled live from our Shopify catalog and can change without notice. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the taxes noted on the order summary; shipping is calculated (or shown as free, where advertised) before you pay. We make a reasonable effort to display accurate colors and sizing, but screen display and print-on-demand manufacturing can cause minor variation from what's pictured.

Because items are printed only after you order, we don't guarantee any specific item will remain available — a listing can be discontinued between when you view it and when you check out.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once your payment is successfully charged through Stripe and your order is recorded. We may decline or cancel an order — for example on suspicion of fraud, a pricing/listing error, or an item that turns out to be unavailable to produce — in which case we'll refund any amount already charged.

We accept payment cards and any other method Stripe presents at checkout. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's checkout fields and never pass through our servers.

Each item is printed specifically for your order, so please allow a production window before it ships, in addition to transit time — typically a few business days to produce, plus standard shipping time to your address. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

We ship worldwide. For orders shipped outside your item's country of manufacture, your country may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes on delivery — these aren't included in your order total and are your responsibility to pay.

Because production can begin shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or change an order (size, address, etc.) before it enters production. Contact us immediately at support@vivianfitart.com if you need to change or cancel an order — we'll honor it if production hasn't started, but can't once it has.

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind (wrong size chosen, no longer wanted, etc.).

We will replace or refund an order that arrives:

• damaged or defective,
• misprinted (the design doesn't match what you ordered), or
• the wrong item or size compared to what you ordered.

Email support@vivianfitart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a reprint or refund.

If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your own honest opinion of a product you purchased. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these terms. By submitting a review you allow us to display it, attributed to your account name, on the relevant product page.

The artwork, designs, logos, and vivianfitart branding on this site are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product doesn't grant you rights to reproduce the design elsewhere.

Don't use the site to break the law, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site's operation, or submit fraudulent orders or payment information.

We provide the site and products "as is". To the extent permitted by law, vivianfitart isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a delayed/lost shipment once handed to a carrier — though we'll always help you pursue a carrier claim or reprint for a lost or damaged parcel. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that can't be excluded under the law of your country of residence, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't remove any consumer protection you're entitled to under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
